Registration Process 報名流程
Forum moderator 論壇主持人
Step 1: Write the introduction materials in an organized forum.
步驟一：撰寫所籌組的論壇介紹資料。
Step 2: Convene more than 6 papers (paper upload), the deadline for paper submission is 112 October 11.
步驟二：召集6篇以上論文(論文上傳)，論文截稿日為112日10月11日。
Step 3: Online review of submitted papers in the forum.
步驟三：線上審查論壇內的投稿論文。
Step 3: The General Assembly will send the "Review Notice" from October 02, 2012.
步驟三：大會將於112年10月02日起寄送「審查通知」。
Step 4: Fill the information in online registration system.
步驟四：線上報名系統填寫資訊。
Step 5: Make payment. After the payment is completed, you must log in and fill in the relevant information. The deadline for payment is November 10, and the early bird discount is before October 11.
步驟五：進行繳費，繳費完畢後須登入填寫相關資訊，繳費截止為11月10日，早鳥優惠為10月11日前。
Step 6: Announcement of the conference "Registration Notice/Release Information".

Forum Paper Contributors 論壇論文投稿者
Step 1: Choose a forum topic for pre-submission and write a summary of your submission. Please download the template.
步驟一：選擇預投稿的論壇主題及撰寫投稿之摘要，請下載範本。
Step 2: Upload abstracts submitted for engineering or industry-university forums.
步驟二：上傳工程或產學論壇之投稿摘要。
Step 3: The General Assembly will send a "Review Notice" on October 2, 2012.
步驟三：大會將於112年10月02日寄送「審查通知」。
Step 4: Fill in the information in the online registration system.
步驟四：線上報名系統填寫資訊。

Student essay competition 學生論文競賽
Step 1: Write a six-page full text, please download the template.
步驟一：撰寫六頁全文，請下載範本。
Step 2: Upload the full text of the student essay competition submission. The deadline for submission of essays is 112 September 04.
步驟二：上傳學生論文競賽之投稿全文，論文截稿日為112日09月04日。
Step 3: The General Assembly will send a "Review Notice" on October 2, 2012.
步驟三：大會將於112年10月02日寄送「審查通知」。
Step 4: Fill the information in the online registration system.
步驟四：線上報名系統填寫資訊。
Step 5: Those who do not win the ranking in the student paper competition will be automatically assisted to transfer to the relevant forum topic, and after review by the forum moderator, they can make oral presentations.
步驟五：學生論文競賽未獲名次者，會自動協助轉投相關論壇主題，經論壇主持人審查過，可進行口頭發表。

Poster competition 海報投稿者
Step 1: To write an abstract for a poster paper, please download the template.
步驟一：撰寫海報論文之摘要，請下載範本。
Step 2: Upload the abstract of the poster paper. The deadline for submission is 112-10-11.
步驟二：上傳海報論文之摘要，截稿日為112日10月11日。
Step 3: The General Assembly will send a "Review Notice" on October 2, 2012.

每一篇論文之口頭發表者均須繳註冊費；繳費後，歉不接受退費及收據僅限修改一次。 - Co-authors can register by "bringing a companion". However, if you want to receive name tags, souvenirs, and conference brochures, you need to register with the original registration fee.
共同作者可採「攜伴」方式註冊，唯若欲領取名牌、紀念品及大會手冊，則需依原報名費註冊。
